Allison Gilbert - Office Manager

Our Office Manager, Allison Gilbert comes to us with over 15 years of experience managing medical offices. She has worked for several mental health providers in the San Luis Obispo area and brings a variety of skills to streamline the practice and ensure that our patients needs are handled efficiently and with the care and delicacy they require. 

Allison handles much of the communication with patients, pharmacies, labs and outside agencies. She deals with everything from prescription refills, scheduling, records management, document processing, and even website development.
